What you are using

This is a quotation and referral service operated by Gold Coast Tree and Stump. Its whole function is to get your job in front of a local tree contractor who can quote it.

The work is not ours. We arrange the introduction; a separate business does the job.

What to expect

Send the form and the tree contractor covering your area receives it. Expect a call about the job, and a quote from them if you ask for one.

The price in that quote is the tree contractor's. We do not decide it and we cannot commit them to it.

Nothing here is a quote and nothing here is an offer to carry out work.

Who you are dealing with

Going ahead means a contract with the tree contractor, not with us. Responsibility for the work and for anything that goes wrong with it sits with them.

Check them out first. Ask what work they are entitled to take on, get their terms, and have the job scoped in writing before anyone starts.

The site itself

We keep this site up as best we can, and there will be times it is not available.

What is written here is general. It describes the kind of work the tree contractor does. It is not advice about your particular job.

What we ask of you

Give details that are correct and that are yours to give. If you are enquiring for somebody else, make sure they know.

Do not use the form to send anything abusive, and do not use it to sell to us.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, and its courts deal with anything that arises from them.
